Away we go again........

Well, this time we were "off like a turd of hurtles" to make the rounds. We went to Riverdale Resort to deliver juice, then headed over the mountain to find Camp Bartlett. We had the kids with us, so luckily we were able to eat free lunch at camp. The kids thought it was pretty fun! Then out of the "woods" we went to head to Bear Lake Hot Springs. It is so fun to interact with the people we work with! We checked out their machine, made a few minor adjustments and went to find the Bear Lake Aquatic Camp on the southeast side of the lake. Fasinating the things you didn't know existed until this job! We stopped at a cute little place for some lunch and ice cream...and even found a new way home over Monte Cristo.....where we found snow for the kids to play in! WOW!

Trade Show

Today we did a trade show with Harold.

He is our "guy" from Juice Alive, our 100% juice that we use for the schools!! It was at the South Town Expo Center in SLC. We got so many contacts! So many schools were very excited to have slushies in their lunchrooms! We handed out stress brains, like stress balls - but in the shape of brains. So we were know as the ladies with the brains!

All in all - it was a huge sucess and now we have more customers than machines! Exactly what we had hoped for

Here is Mel...doing her Vanna impersonation! Doesn't the slush look yummy?

Working on Machines

Another day with the wonderful machines! We organized and cleaned out our shop today. Holy cow! We discovered a lot about our machines, and maybe too much about each other!! No, we do for sure get the giggles and almost do the famous "laugh-cry!" We have fun and definitely feel so much better about what we have and just being organized is fabulous!!
Tomorrow we are going to set up for a Trade Show in SLC. We are doing it on Wednesday, June 18, with our 100% juice company Juice Alive! So, hopefully we just make it though another week of BRAIN FREEZE!!!!

Here is Mel! Looking like she knows what she is doing!

Camp Scofield

On our way home from our trip to Moab, we passed a sign that said to turn to Scofield. We should have known. We did say that with our luck we would get a call from Scofield soon needing us to come down there. They are only about 1 hour out of Moab....so we did a quick trip today down and back. Sure enough, had to replace that slush machine!

But seriously, how many
times can we really stop to
go to the bathroom?

Moab

Another quick trip. This time to Moab! We left on Monday, June 2nd at 7pm and arrived in Moab at Midnight. We stayed in a "fancy" hotel and got up at 7am to go to the Moab High Adventure scout camp to fix their machine. The road was crazy bumpy as we drove out to the middle of nowhere, but we found it and yes, we did actually fix their machine! Even sold them more juice while we were there! So, we got back in the car and were back home by 2:30. Most of the scenery pictures were taken out the window of the car as we drove by.
GOOD TIMES!

"Which way is home? This way?"

Mel was amazed at the pretty wild flowers that were just growing at the side of the road. Wish we could grow weeds like that!

Of course we can't forget Nat's speeding! Seriously! Lucky her, she just got a warning. But the road just went on for miles and miles. What else were we supposed to do to get home! Thanks Nat!

On our way home from Moab, we almost ran over some possums trying to cross the road. Mel and Nat yelled and luckily, we went over the top of them without any tires hitting them. When we looked back, they were running off the road as fast as they could! So cute!
